Hikes vs History
Hikes vs History
If it will stop raining in Texas I have multiple new History boxes to place. Lately, I have found many interesting historical events and figures in Texas small towns, with links to (or since good place to hide) the local cemetery. This of course leads to short walks to find the box. I would prefer longer hikes for letterboxes, but just does not fit the theme. Anyway, I hope the stories off-set missing out on a hike, but many of these cemeteries are fun to walk all around. More to come.

And both of these are preferable to a series set along a jeep mudding trail

I think your series sounds interesting and well thought out. I understand
what you mean by the hike, but I would rather find a box with a neat clue
that connects to the location than hike miles to find a box that has nothing
to do with the location or story. ;)
And both of these are preferable to a series set along a jeep mudding trail

Re: Hikes vs History
I love these kinds of boxes, especially when I'm travelling. I can find more if the hikes aren't long and I end up learning about the local history. My kind of boxes.
